Community Manager – Remote – PART TIME

Description:

We’re looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Community Manager to interact with our online communities and get them excited about SUPERFUN.

In this role, you will help drive the growth of our online communities, primarily on Telegram and Discord, by assisting, educating, and exciting them about SUPERFUN’S MISSION to the world.

The role requires a passion for our mission, a desire to solve problems, and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves. Your ability to communicate authentically as the voice of SUPERFUN with a large and diverse community of customers, newcomers, early adopters, and everyone in between, will be key to your success in this position. Startup experience is a plus.

You will:

1)Engage daily with our community members on Telegram and Discord to foster community sentiment and growth
2)Support marketing campaigns, giveaways, and other community events
3)Award prizes, gifts, and incentives when appropriate
4)Collect user feedback from the community and share it with internal functional partners
5)Act as a source of knowledge, support, and escalation for volunteer community moderators
6)Contribute to the learning and success of your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation

Requirements:
-Impeccable written and spoken English
-1+ years experience in Customer Service, ideally in an online / community engagement capacity
-Demonstrable knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
-Experience using Telegram, and Discord in a professional setting
-High attention to detail
-Ability to manage a large number of tasks per day
-A relentlessly positive attitude
-Willingness to be a team player and go the extra mile

Startup experience
Experience moderating a crypto- or blockchain-themed community
